Making money on the side....good part time jobs...please read?

Question

So, Im 20 years old, and Im a military wife. I really want to do something extra on the side because my husband and I want to have a baby next year. We make enough money now to cover our house payment, car payment, utilites...etc. We have a tiny bit left over a month, but not much. We sacraficed having lots of spending money to buy our home. Anyway, Im thinking of doing one of the home show businesses....like Lia Sophia for example. Im only looking to make around 800 dollars a month maybe? Give or take a little or a little more. I can aim to do around 2-4 shows per week, and I will be home with the baby.

Do you think that this is possible? Any tips or advice? How much on average do you think I can make per show? I know that its hard because every show is different...just looking for an average....thanks!

If you work at this, then you can succeed.  Anything is possible, if you do what is needed to succeed.  You need to understand, what your venturing in is actually a business that you would run.  The success of this business relies solely on you and what you do.  No one can say how much on average you would make per show.  that depends on a lot of different things, how many people you invite to your shows, how many people attend, how many people buy the products etc.  So many different things you need to know and do and keep doing in order for this business to succeed.

If you work hard you can make anything work.  Just remember there is not an easy way to earn money, at least something that will earn you money over the long haul.  Pick something you are interested in and go for it but remember it takes time to build and time to learn a new skill.

Great question and I always love to see young and motivated couples. I do however think there are some other options you may want to explore before you commit to Lia Sophia. I have owned and operated my own companies for 35 years and was able to retire at a early age. My time is now devoted to my wife, our 5 children and helping as many people I can start their own business from home that will produce a substancial income.
