What's the best way for a fifteen year old male like myself to make money easily? The amount I'm going for right now is, sit down for this, $350. What's the fastest way to make $350 and how would I do it?

Go work.  Don't listen to these people telling you to go to a site.  They are all scams.

I would go around the neighborhood and ask if there is work to do like yard work.  

One thing college kids have done in the past is go door to door offering to repaint the house numbers on the curb.  Get some number templates from office depot for a few bucks, ask your parents to buy you some spray paint (white for a background black for the numbers).  Materials should cost around $20.00.  Charge people $10.00 to repaint the numbers, and in a weekend you can easily make $350.
