Making the proper connections

I would like to know how am I supposed to connect my entertainment systems together, and what type of cable/wire/connector/switch-box should I use to connect all of them together.  Here are what I have in the entertaintment center:   Vizio GV47LF TV   Panasonic 4-head HiFi stereo Omnivision VCR (used as Player)    Toshiba VHSM784 (6-Head) VCR (used as Recorder)   Toshiba DVD SD-K740 player   Tape Player/Recorder JVC TD-W254   Pioneer 301-disk File-Type CD  player PD-F1007   ONKYO Audio Video Control Receiver TX-DS474   Pioneer CLD-V750 (Laser Disk player)   SATCruiser DSR-1014 (Satelite box)   Polk Audio surround sound (5 speakers)   Polk Audio Sub-Woofer (12 inch)   2 Tower Speakers - english style ( 5 feet tall)   Switch board (with 4 connections)I also occassionally connect the following to the TV:    Toshiba Laptop    Sony camcorder    Sony Digital CameraWould you please let me know what should be connected to what, and what type of cables should I use.Thank you so very much for your time and assistance.
