Making this cancer male stop flaking on me?

Question

For the last 2 days this guy has asked me to hang out and never gets back to me later on to let me when or if we're still hanging out that night. I sent a text asking if we're still hanging out and I get nothing. I know he doesn't want a relationship, I don't either, but even as friends I want to hang out with him but I want him to not flake out on me. If it makes a difference I'm a Leo so I get issues with being ignored.

i don't think being a cancerian has anything to do with it.  I'm a cancerian and I keep my word if I say i'm going to meet up with someone, at the least I call to let them know if I can't make it.  this sounds like a guy I used to hang out with, "used to" because he never changed.  so I never asked him to hang out anymore.... some friend....
