  1. Chopped onions, garlic, coarsley chopped green pepper, tomato, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

  2. ginger

    green onions

    soy sauce

    black pepper

    dash of sesame oil

  3. Italian flavored bread crumbs.  You will need to add an egg to keep the burgers together.  The meat is so lean that they will fall apart as they cook.

  4. I add toasted pine nuts. I saute some onion, diced, red peppers, mushrooms , and a handful of spinach until soft, then all that to my seasoned ground turkey. I also add some olive oil to the mixture to help keep it moist, along with the bread crumb. you can also put feta cheese in as you make the burgers,,

  5. Mmm, my favorite!  I cook these all the time.  I always add lots of Worchestershire sauce, and lots of Montreal Chicken seasoning (from McCormick)  Any of their grilling seasonings are good. The meat holds together very well.

Also, I tried this Greek recipe, it's awesome!  To the meat you add one package of frozen spinch, thawed & water pressed out, small chopped onion, one small tub Feta cheese,  1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and a good drizzle of EVOO.  Cook as you normally would.  YUM

  6. I add bread crumbs, an egg, some soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, pepper and a little liquid smoke seasoning.

  7. garlic.. peppers.... onion... parmesan... fresh herbs... chilli sauce

  8. I take the ground turkey,  add in 1/4 cup of feta cheese,  4 or 5 chopped sundried tomatos, peper,  onion,  bread crumbs and a blended egg.  Let sit in the fridge for half hour to and hour.  Make into patties and put on the grill or on the grill pan.

They are so good they dont even need a bun.

  9. I usually add a handful of breadcrumbs, minced onions, 1 egg and salt & pepper to taste. If you have dried parsley, add 1tbs, it gives it a nice flavor.

I also made them with 1 box of frozen chopped spinach ( thawed and drained) with about 2tbs of gradded cheese, whatever you have in the house (mozzerella).
