Making up a draw for golf tournament?

Okay - 12 men (say number them 1-12)- 4 courses over 4 days - 3 four balls.Is there some way where they can play one another.My friend drew something up using the number system but i think it could be made tighter.

I agree witht he guy above me totally and an addition to the closest to the pins you can have loing drives on the par 5's or long par 4's.

Why not play stableford and the highest points over the 4days wins.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Have some closest to the pins on the days.

Stableford is the best game to play with alot of people like that, because you can have some bad holes and still win.

Therefore everybody is against each other making a bigger prize pot.
