With tough opposition in their upcoming games, the former Villarreal attacking midfielder wants Malaga to qualify for the next edition of UEFA Champions League.

4th place La Liga outfit.
Reflecting on the situation, Santi Cazorla claimed that Malaga need to get a positive result at the Camp Nou after earning an important victory against Valencia at La Rosaleda.
Cazorla stated that the Andalusian outfit have a tough series of away fixtures ahead of them and should give their best on the pitch to make a final push for securing UEFA Champions League qualification.
"We are in the final stretch and after an important victory against Valencia, we now face two tough away games against Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. Hopefully we can finish at our best and make the last push," he noted.
The Villarreal academy graduate reckoned that they will have to approach the end of season matches one at a time, and have it in themselves to achieve their season’s objectives.
The pintsized attacker added that they have a lot to achieve with the season entering its final stage, and will have to rise to the occasion against their rivals.
"You have to go game by game and depend on ourselves and not be looking at anybody else. We have many beautiful things to achieve.”
