Malaysia morphing into Islamic law state=Will India too consider to change over to Hindu Law State.?

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Sept 1 (UPI) -- The political climate in Malaysia appears to be more favorable to a conversion of the nation’s legal system to Islamic law.

This is very ripe and sweet tempting news for Hindu champions in Politics and society and religious front to sharpen theri axes on this issue for Next election which may come anytime.

Who cares what the Malaysians of Pakis or any other such people do. We are Indians and we will do what is right and good for us in todays times.

If they want to become Islamic state or anything else let them, and why blame RSS,BJP or VHP what have they done ? whats the linkage between Malaysia and them ? frankly we have enough problems of our own to deal with and you are asking some hypothetical questions based on Malaysia going Islamic.

Get a life man and work for India and stop reading worthless news.

And what is wrong if Hindus feel that they have lost their only country to Secularism, that too Pseudo-secularism.

The World's major religions are majority elsewhere and are rulers in many countries. They are protected and even able to proselytise in such countries.They pose as minorities in India and want to enjoy benefits not available even in those States ruled by themselves.Whereas the Hindus who  are Minorities elsewhere globally,are denied their rights in their only homeland.

What is wrong if they aspire for a Hindu State where other religions will be respected but not allowed to encroach on Hinduism.

Come on.Tell me who need protection in India,the Global minority or the Indian Minorities.

Mr Charles,do you think Hindus will be dictators,never.Can you tell me among the major religions which religion or religions tolerate and respect other religions,not only in script,also in practice.

This world is for all.Irregardless of race nor religion.While other countries in this world have proclaimed themselves as Islamic country, Buddhist country,Christian country.Malaysia should not follows other countries blindly.

This is really a great misconception that Hindu is a religious law  and such a law would be guiding the state.

If all the learned people will permit me I can describe  the Hindu as  a  great culture of life  which has no boundary and all parts of life (called as Sanatan Dharma) are part of it.

Sorry to compare with any other respected religions of the world, I can add further that  Basics of life philosophy  can not be separated.

If these life basics could be separated than we can not understand it .

Only an Indian living here who has  felt  the warmth of life can understand this life style we called it a Dharama who hold all above and protect.

  

Can any one ever think of meaning   of  "Vasudevakutumbakam"  .

Thus we all are a single world with a single family .  

Whom  is separate from me and I am at every where .

If only one knows what  an Islamic State is. he would undoubtedly advocate to the nations of the world to adopt it.

It is a theocratic state with God as the sovereign and Quranic Laws and Prophet's explanations as the basis. The democratically elected Head of the State is the agent of Prohet the first Khalif.

Good conduct is the criterion for honourable existence and thieves get maimed; rapist get killed;and mischief mongers severely dealt with.

Where men as well as women are impelled to be modest.

Where s*x is allowed only between man and his wife,It has great rsepect for the institution of marriage but does not like it to be a cage for incompatible partners.

Where the rights of the minorities are to be peotected , othetrwise the Prophet would represent thier case to God!

It does not like any compulsion in matters of religion.It stand for peace and prosperity.

No. I am not in favour of Hindu Pakistan. The advocates of theocratic state forget what they have lost. Pakistan has lost treasure of talent to India. Where as India succeeded in retaining scholars, poets, literatures, actors, singers, players and what not.

Hindus believe in assimilation, synthesys and change. We must enrich our ethos with Muslims. The people of theocratic state live the life of mono culture. Where as secular state is the garden of many flora & fawna. Beautiful.

Islamic law is compatible with any life style and any generation. It has been proved to be the most successful system of law both civil and criminal. The countries which followed Islamic law  have achieved the highest growth rate and the lowest crime rates, at the same time very practical for all religions.

Countries who convert themselves into theocratic state are at lower levels of Maslow's hierarchy of needs. By placing religion over democracy , law and principles of natural justice, these countries unknowingly admit their lower stage of development regardless of their economic status.

We need not imitate such countries.

Though being a poor nation, we are far more developed and advanced in idelogical maturity. Religion can be changed, but the most fundamental values for human society are freedom, justice, democracy and tolerance. Thease values are best nurtured in a democracy only.

Our country is a democratic, secular republic and it is best to preserve its status.
