to further educate you, unlike the people above me think, you do not need to have s*x to get STD's, you get STD's by transition of bodily fluids, blood, saliva, so when you kiss or share needles, you could also get STD's

You can only get STDs when you touch the body fluids of an infected person.   Masturbation is the safest s*x known.  It should be done as often as you want because it is good for you, it relaxes you, it helps you to control your sexual urges, and it feels great.  Also, it is not wrong and it is not a sin.  So enjoy.
