  1. Come ON guys....'most probably'? Please cite your sources before you say anything that ridiculous.

No, I'm not vegetarian, but I have no problem with people who are. Personally I think it's the WRONG choice, but it is your choice to make, and I will respect you for it. But please don't trot out tired cliches that have either been totally refuted (cattle being fed concrete dust) or have no evidence to back them up.

  2. most likely.  Its common practice to feed domestic animals their dead to increase their weight quickly... and since male chickens arn't needed, and cause problems to raise with other male chickens (**** fights?), they gotta do something with them.

  3. Some are kept for breeding, most are raised for the table, and the females for egg laying.

  4. I don't know about that, but they are fed arsenic.

Also you may find this interesting:

Animals raised in factory farms are given diets designed to boost their productivity and lower costs. The main ingredients are genetically modified grain and soy that are kept at artificially low prices by government subsidies. To further cut costs, the feed may also contain “by-product feedstuff” such as municipal garbage, stale pastry, chicken feathers, and candy. Until 1997, U.S. cattle were also being fed meat that had been trimmed from other cattle, in effect turning herbivores into carnivores. This unnatural practice is believed to be the underlying cause of BSE or “mad cow disease.”

  5. probably some farms in the West feed their animals on their own meat...you never know what's going on in there

  6. Pure imagination..............does not happen............
