Male with strange shooting pains/enlarged feeling in lower stomach!?

On both sides of my lower stomach, i've had a constant sore feeling on the insides. its right above both sides of my pelvis. if i stand up, it doesn't bother me, but when i sit down it immediately comes back! this is constant so i don't have to make a bowel movement lol. i don't know what this is but it worries me! please help!!

Go to see you're GP - that's the safest thing to do, you've got nothing to lose. If there is something wrong, it'll get fixed, if there isn't - then you won't worry anymore.
