Males, do you see the difference between two piece bathing suits and bra and underwear?

Why do people make such a fuss when girls wear "S****y" clothes, when many females wears less material at the beach?

What do you males think? Do you males think it's more"sexual" to wear a bra and underwear in public JUST because of the material it's made of, even though it shows the same amount of skin???? lol!

Our culture has some really odd views on what "S****y" is!! I wonder who made this stuff up! When you show your cleavage and bottom legs at the beach, you are aren't S****y. But when you show your cleavage and bottom legs in the store, you are S****y!!

This never made sense to me, so I want to see if males see a "huge" difference.

I totally agree with you. I never could understand why society says it is ok for a ugy to run around without a shirt but not women. Don't get me wrong. I am not advocating women without tops , but it seems like a double standard.

They are different.  One a woman doesn't want you to see (i.e. underwear) the other is beachware.  Yeah, it is ridiculous but that is our standard and culture.  But there is no need to wear "S****y clothes" anyway.  Just dress in outfits you like (not accusing you of doing this, it's just for others on the forum).  Don't try to look for attention that you might not like receiving (i.e. unwelcome comments on the street and such, and don't complain about it either).  s***s usually have many ends--all of them bad.  ''

yeah, honestly. i know bathing suits that are waaay more revealing than underwear and bras. on myspace, i say girls who post pictures in bathing suits (not pictures hanging out at the beach, but just liek a random pic of them in their bedroom) are girls who are just afraid to be in their bra and underwear, so they do bathing suits. its no different! its the same thing, to me!

You honestly don't see the difference between being half naked at a beach and in a store?

You wear a swimming suit at the beach so you can stay cool, get tan, and swim in the water without being weighed down by clothes.

So...none of that would happen in a store. No need to be half naked.

Im not a guy, but i agree with you completely. The girls in the girls locker room would never want to take off their shirt or pants infront of eachother, but i mean its the exact same thing as wearing a bikini. Just different material. I dont get why guys get so aroused when they see a woman in only underwear and a bra, but at the beach or pool when they see a woman in a bikini its no big deal.

"S****y" is sleeping around with a bunch of guys.

showing your cleavage and bottom legs in a store would, if anything, be classified as "S****y"

And the only real difference between a bikini and a bra and underwear is that the material for a bikini won't weigh you down when you swim, while a bra and underwear would.
