I woke up this morning and noticed a little bit of discoloration on his right, lower side near his back leg. Where the skin was once a yellowish green, it has turned gray but the spots are still there. He seems to still be acting the same, and is eating regularly. What can this coloration be from? Is there a treatment for this?

  1. It could be that he shedded the rest of his body and ate the shedded skina lready before you could notice. It could be leftover skin because some areas take a little more effort to peel. I'm not an expert or anyhting but I have two leopard geckos and sometimes they have skin that is left on them. So just leave it and he'll get it off or it will fall of eventually.

  2. Since he's otherwise acting and eating normally, he's probably about to shed. Many lizards shed in pieces rather than one big shed. Make sure you keep the humidity up to make the shed go faster and smoother. :)

  3. either hes shedding or its a fungal infection. check him out for the next few days to see what happens. if it get bigger and he not shedding take him to a vet.
