Mallya can afford to fix predatory pricing in the air travel. But, given the increase in the fuel cost, it is doubtful if  this concession will be sustained for long.

There is no airline in India by the name Mallya Air.The Airline owned by Vijay Mallya is Kingfisher Airlines.  To the best of my knowledge no economy class ticket is costing 1lakh rupee even in foreign sector.  Hence I presume there is a mistake in your statement that Bombay-Delhi fares are increased to Rs.1lakh.
