Maltese help please??

Can Maltese people translate this to English

hi!!  i am maltese, but i'm afraid i wont be translating that for you in english!!  i dont understand spanish or portugese...  i'm not sure about the language in fact, but it seems to be either spanish, portughese or maybe mexican... i'm not sure what language they speak there!
