  1. It's Win32.Sasser worm.

    Go here and download removal tool:

  2. WOW you know it's sasser from all that......sigh.

    Upload the 2 files to http://www.virustotal.com/ where they will be scanned individually by a number of Anti Malware scanners. If they are backdoors, then I strongly suggest you reformat and reinstall your OS.
