  1. yes remove it and you must put it in an incubator and handfeed it yourself look it up on google for handfeeding.

  2. remove it and put it in an incubator or she will kill it.  she may be too young to understand how to care for the babies

  3. She is not cleaning it, she is slowly killing it.  If this is her first clutch, this could be the reason.  Many birds will do this when they have hatched their first clutch.  They are inexperienced mothers.  They will also do it sometimes when they breed at too  early an age, or too many times during the year.  And some are just plain bad mothers and should not be allowed to rear the young.  Take the baby out and learn how to hand feed it.  I would watch this mother is she hatches any more eggs, and if she does it with her next clutch, I would not let her hatch out any more young.  Please read my profile.

  4. You need to take the chick out, away from it's mom and you're going to have to handfeed the chick if you want it to survive.

Some hens are just not good mothers for various reasons. Knowing that your hen is aggressive towards her chicks is a good reason to not allow her to breed again.

  5. take it out and take care of it yourself. right now would be best
