The Paris Saint-Germain defender has admitted that lack of footballing action at Parc des Princes is a worrying factor and he can leave the cash-laden club from Paris in near future
Following the arrival of several top brass players at PSG, the old guard has dropped down the order. Former club favourite, Mamadou Sakho has found it hard to taste regular footballing action under Carlo Ancelotti and the player is far from happy with the
situation.
The France international was talking to reporters after a training session and when asked about his chances of making a cut in France’s squad for the 2014 World Cup, the youngster had a lot to say. The 22-year-old admitted that lack of playing time has jeopardise
is place in the national team and that is a worrying factor for the talented centre-back. The player wants to play on a regular basis and is seriously considering his future in Paris.
"I will do everything to play at the 2014 World Cup, but I need to be playing week in, week out," he told reporters.
"I cannot accept playing just a few minutes this season and next because this is a decisive moment in my career.
Sakho said that right now nothing can be done about the situation and he has to wait for the season to end. The player added that he will talk with his agent in detail after the season and will see how things stand at that time.
"At the end of the season I will sit down with my agent and club officials and clear up the situation.
When asked about his PSG future, the France international said that he will consider leaving his beloved club if he fails to get more playing time at Parc des Princes.
"If I have to leave PSG to keep my place in the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 national team, then I have no choice but to leave."
