“Okay, I continue to work hard to try to get playing time. I always give my best. When the coach makes choices and takes decisions, we must respect them. I arrive in the morning with a smile. I give myself fully on the ground. This is essential.”
However, Sakho says that he has no explanation behind Ancelotti’s reluctance to give him a starting spot in recent weeks. Being on the bench doesn’t satisfy him and Sakho says that he will still continue to work hard in order to work his way to the top.
“Of course it’s frustrating and annoying especially when you’re a competitor like me. But hey, there are still six games of the Championnat. I remain focused on the goal of the club. It would be nice to be rewarded at the end of the season.”
Ancelotti keeps on saying that Sakho is PSG’s future but Sakho claims that many coaches have said the same thing to him.
