GUSTAV stands for USA-GVT (government)

Katrina is Greek

So unless we are talking about a cold air front sneaking in the back door

your whole theory falls apart there on the first line

Well, it is "Iraq," not "Irak" and there is only one i in Katrina.  Not to mention the fact that the government doesn't name the hurricanes, and these are just a few of many many hurricanes and tropical storms in the past decades.  Nice try, though.
