Man my mom is makin it hard?

Question

ok so i found a job as a waiter and i get paid cash good im male 16 chicago

but when i get paid on the 1st my mom said u have to give me all ur money i ask y she said no money for u i said its my hard earned money she said she doesnt care

this isnt right ?

and agaist the law any advice ?

and my mom pays all the stuff and she wants to take it from me

Go to your local bank and ask if you can get some sort of trust fund that only you can touch.  You'll only be given the money if you can give valid reason why you need it and your mom cannot take it from you.

Ask your boss to pay you a bit in cash for a little extra work, let him know whats up at home.

Contact a lawyer to become emancipated as an adult.

hmm... are you sure you know how to spend your money wise? i mean, aren't you spending too much of your hard earned salary on non sense? im sorry for the question but i think mom aren't supposed to be like that. i think moms have the most unconditional love in the world. i think if she is a good mom, she would just act like that, for your concern. but if you're not doing anything, threw up your mom outside the house! lol! just kiddin'!

talk to her. tell her you want to keep your money for your use. give her a bit of your salary but not all of them. and spend them wisely! you see, you've worked hard for that money so gotta make sure you're getting what you deserve for all the hardships...

keep some 4 yourself and tell her you didnt get many tips, etc. Save ALL your money so U can move out at 18 and make a life for yourself.
