Don't claim to be a psychic, but I have dreamed events in my life that have actually happened! I keep seeing this man in my dreams. All I remember about this man in detail is that his job has to do with traveling for this company. In our conversation, I remember him saying something about wrapping himself up in his work since losing his wife about 5 years ago. He lives in a large white home, and has a little gate house across from it. I believe, but am not sure, that there were green shutters on it.

He played a vital part in changing my life for the better. . . . .

  1. I'm not saying he doesn't, but maybe look inside yourself. Is there a part of you that this man could represent? Just a thought.

  2. I mean it depends one thing that you should never do is make yourself work for him or change yourself for anyone!!! But If you only wait maybe it your night and shining armor will come!

  3. Your dream indicates that you are a most perceptive person who registers much detail about the things around you - and that you have a good ability to mentally sort between the desirable and undesirable events and things in life.

Whether 'psychic' or not, dreams that are seemingly literally fulfilled do give that sense.  In such dreams there does seem to be an 'ordinary' connection to things observed and registered by the subconscious mind and linkage to what we find interesting or desirable to know.  This connection, or linkage seems to be a gift - not all have such a sharp ability - and it is largely a subconscious process.

So - does this man exist?  For now he does - in your own subconscious modeling.  He is likely an amalgam of things you have seen and admired in others, a model of stability and maturity who is somehow warmly attractive.  My guess would be that these are hallmark traits that you desire to find in another and that these are things you see as enabling for your own success and happiness.

But is he 'out there somewhere'?  Likely so - but not in optimum form unless you just really run into a most uncanny likeness.  That is possible - but it is more likely that this dream is helping you form a framework for what you desire in life and is alerting you as to what to pay attention to.

Again, you exhibit a perceptiveness and ability to discern that is not all that common - and that is quite healthy.  You are likely to find yourself well adjusted and with a road to happiness if you pay attention to the 'message' of your dream.  It appears the essential ingrediants here are maturity and stability, a desire for one who can provide and is focused on the right things - but who may also now need you to really fulfill his own life.  In return he would give you what you need in terms of security and freedom to be yourself - all while enjoying a bond with someone worthwhile and trustworthy.

Some of the imagery suggests security - the gatehouse and career; some of it suggests fidelity - focus on career as a widower; vitality and life-giving traits - the green shutters.  Some might find these things a bit 'ordinary' - but look at the trouble many get into when they pursue that which is flashy and unsettled.  There is a comfort in these things - and yet they do not truly confine.

Of course you would have to judge these points for yourself, but they fit what you have offered about your most focused and interesting dream.

I wish you all the best for success and happiness.
