Actually Shane Watson rediscovered his form in IPL and he is continuing with the good form.  He will be a better prospect for Australia for future if he keeps up his performance.

Yes a great match it was too mate..I sat up until 1:30 am watching it..

What a great knock from Watson..I can say that he deserved M.O.M last night..I think a few of us may have been a little hasty in our opinion of him.

I was really watching Watson last night,he was moving pretty well in the field,no sign of stiffness..

I am willing to say i think he may just have the right stuff about him(And about time too)...

Yes if he can keep himself injury free then i think he will be a good asset to the team...

There will be a suspicion over SW for some time to come - is he going to get injured again? If he does he will have to re-start all over again.  If he can hold himself together then there is a good chance the form will continue.

h**l yea!! He was one of the main batsman for Rajasthan in the IPL. He found his form in the IPL. His form will continue for a while unless he gets another injury!!!

i tell you what, it will be good if it does, and i think his form can continue, but gee his body worries me!

i know hes got thru the first 4 games (including the warm up match) but i just cant convince myself that his body will hold up yet, thats a concern i probably will have for the next 12 months, but hes a good batsman with good form at the moment but i still think his bowling needs more work before i will grade him as an all-rounder

I think he has proved himself first in IPL now in West Indies tour. He is very good player specially on slow wickets of WI and India which is very good thing for Australia keeping in mind that nxt world cup is in India. Only area he lacks is batting on seaming conditions but he will improve quickly. He is also doing well with the ball. He is turning out to be the all rounder that Australia need. There aren't many players like him who can open the innings with bat and is potential to open with ball to.

I think his batting will improve, hopefully as an all rounder his bowling will improve.
