Man shoots wife at cemetery?

I'm trying to remember the name of the man that was upset about his 15 or 16 year old daughter getting pregnant and killing herself and then during an interview at the cemetery that his ex wife was doing with a female news anchor he runs up behind her and shoots his ex wife. this was probably in the mid 90's
