ok, so i am an 18 year old male, and i have anorexia. i need to recover because i am going on a mission, and inorder to do that i need to be in tip top shape! the problem is that i get worried about the unexpected! i eat a little bit for breakfast, average about 300 calories! then for lunch i do about the same! so that leaves me with like 1200-1400 for dinner! i have in my mind 1800 as my goal, but i know that is the minimum! how can i still be okay to eat at night, but get to my goal!?
