Man with sore lump under nipple.

I'm only 18 and I have a small, little bigger than a pea hard lump under my nipple, and it's sore...

what the heck is this?

Gynecomastia. Depends on various factors. See a doctor or it might get bigger.

It's probably a node of the lymph variety, but since it's sore to the touch I would see your Dr, about it soon

could be hormonal imbalance and its part of growing up... starts around 13 and can happen late in puberty too. normal.
