  1. It's easy in the summer - i just slick it back and put it in a pony.  I love it!

This year I made the mistake of getting it chemically straightened which ruined my hair.  I am now trying to grow it out and basically have to treat it like it's delicate threads of silk that need pampering.  That's hard to do when you lead an active life.

So my advice is to learn to accept your hair.

  2. I have naturally curly (and frizzy) hair, and I only use Pantene products. I love it. The one with the pink writing is best, it says for curls or something like that. But if your hair is naturally curly you aren't going to get the curl out without doing some damage, so be careful what you choose to do. I'm only saying this because I have tried EVERYTHING to get this d**n curl out, and the only thing I've succeeded at is ruining my hair. So I have finally accepted that this is just me, and the way I'm going to be, whether I (or anyone else) like it or not. That may be what you have to do. Best of Luck!!!

  3. use loreal mousse and straighten it ;)

  4. i have curly hair too

i went to regis salon and i now have someone to cut my hair right. he gave me a short haircut and actually it's been easier to manage than when it was longer a combo of two different hair styles.

now for the products i use.

Garnier Fructis shampoo/condtioner the onw with the purple dot on the front.

Sunsilk (hot pink) TLC conditioner and 24/7 leave in conditioner.

TIGI (the same company that makes Bed Head) It's called CATWALK Curls Rock 5, and CATWALK CURL BOOSTER 4 (makes good hairspray).

Best stuff I have ever used. I miss the Sunsilk TLC hair mask but they stopped making it!!! I use the curls rock 5 and 24/7 tlc together. i use the curl booster very seldom. Suave makes a great flexable hold hairspray in naturals that doesn't stink if you want real hairspray.

If your shampoo and conditioner are drying out your hair the results won't be very good. That is why i mention the entire line of stuff i use.

best wishes. oh yha catwalk, sunsilk and GF are affordable compared to high end salon stuff.

  5. Try the Bed Head products TIGI Curly and Foxy Curls

Apply when hair is wet and allow to air dry.

  6. Just put sunsilk captivating curls it smells good and works great!!!!!

  7. when you wash your hair dont wash the conditioner completely out. then while its still wet(only towel dry it) put in garnier fructis shine serum and either mousse or spray gel. if your hair is less curly in some spots or not super curly you may want to scrunch it a little too. then just let it air dry or if you want to blow dry it use a diffuser and put the blow dryer on hot but on low air and bend over and blow dry it from underneath so that it doesnt get frizzy. thats what i do and it works for me =]

  8. Ooh, easy.. I have curly hair too and it would be frizzy if I didn't use some sort of serum and Trevor Sorbie Curl Cream (It's amazing!)

Just put that on whilst your hair is still damp and your hair will be nice and curly =]

  9. wash it with curly hair shampoo. dry it put in leave in conditoner then mousse
