Managment desplay as month?

Question

how do i set up the group calender to be desplayed as a month and not just a day. i want the month desplay to be the default when my memebers look at it

there is no setting for this that I've ever seen- everytime I click I see the day, not month. members like you will have to click the tabs to see the whole month
