Manassero; wins European Tour

The young and dynamic Italian emerging player Matteo Manassero has won the European golf event at Castello Masters, which was held in Valencia. Manassero has now become the youngest golfer in the world, to have won a European tour title.
The Italian played brilliantly well and carded a four shot victory over his rival Garrido. Manassero finished the day at sixty seven by carding consecutive birdies with a staggering sixteen under par. The thirty eight year old Spaniard Ignacio Garrido finished
second in the event and finished the day on twelve under par whereas the Englishmen failed to impress the spectators with his game and finished on the third spot with eleven under par.
After such a marvellous display of tennis the young talented Italian golfer Manassero seemed pretty satisfied with his performance. He expressed his thoughts and views and told the media that it was like a dream coming true for him and he is feeling fantastic.
He added that wining the event is not an ordinary thing for him as it has given him more than he expected and the title is truly dear to him.
The seventeen year old now holds the record of being the world’s youngest player to win a European event. Before Matteo Manassero it was Danny Lee of New Zealand who had the record of being the youngest golfer after winning the Johnnie Walker Classic in
2009.
It was a great day for the young Italian as he was able to perform according to plan. The Italian started his day two shots behind the Englishman Gary Boyd. Gary played remarkably well and maintained his lead for a very long time.
While talking about Gary, Matteo told the media that Gary was senior to him and he played brilliantly well during the day. Matteo added that the turning point of the game for him was when he saved the par on twelve. He continued and said that his birdie
on the thirteenth gave a strong blow to the lead of the Briton. The Italian said that he was very conscious at the start of the day and tried his level best to keep his nerve whiling playing shots and he is very happy with the outcome.
Matteo Manassero carded birdies on the thirteenth and fourteenth and levelled the game in a brilliant manner. Later Manassero carded a splendid twenty foot birdie putt while on the other hand Matteo’s arch rival Gary faced some bad luck with his shots and
failed to maintain the lead.
On the other hand the Spaniard Ignacio Garrido showed his class with talent and successfully produced a bogey free round. He carded a brilliant three birdies and ended the day at twelve under par and finished remarkably well on the second spot.
Another Briton John Parry had a very good tournament but endured sheer hard luck with his final four holes. He finished the day at under par sixty seven.
With the remarkable victory at Castello Masters in Valencia the seventeen year old has showed the world that his talent and dedication cannot be ignored. The huge prize amount of $333,330 has given him a lot of confidence for the next golfing event. It is
also to be notified that by winning the European Event Matteo Manassero has earned a strong place in the season’s finale. The Dubai World championship golf event will be a bigger stage for Matteo where he will be able to learn more about his game and will
surely display his best.
Now the fans of Matteo from all around the world are eager to see their favourite young Italian golfer outclass the big names of the golfing world in the upcoming golf event.
