Manchester City's Mario Balotelli admits he wants to prove his worth to manager Roberto Mancini
Manchester City striker and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 has gone on to admit that one of the prime reasons for him trying to improve his performances is due to Roberto Mancini and his impact on the player.
The striker then went on to admit that he was finally enjoying his stay at the club and with the way things are shaping up, it won’t be long before he improves even further. The forward admitted that one of his prime motivations is to improve every time
that he steps on the pitch and so far things have been working brilliantly for him.
When talking to the City fans and the media, Balotelli is quoted to have said: “To be inside the stadium, on the pitch with all the people around you in a game like the United one is a great feeling.”
“I feel I can get better every game I play.”
The striker then went on to talk about http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 and how the player was being helped by the manager. Balotelli even went on to admit that he was like a second father to him and had been after the player to pick his game up.
“It’s good because when a manager wants you and has faith in you it is different to when just a club wants you,” stated Balotelli.
“When a manager wants you, he trusts you, so he gives you more chances.
“Mancini is like a dad to me. Mancini wants me so I have to be one of the best in the squad so I don’t disappoint him.”
Over the course of the last few weeks, Balotelli has been really making a name for himself. Despite being in the media for some personal affairs, the striker has also been in the media for all the right reasons. The forward has been on a goal scoring streak
and his performances have been helping City quite a bit.
The player even went on to score two goals against Manchester United this past Sunday, including the opening goal in the game, which helped City go on and beat their arch rival by six goals to one.
During the game, Balotelli was quite simply unstoppable. His passing and positioning was amongst the best on display and his composure and finishing was also world class.
All in all, it seems like the rebellious Italian forward who seemed to have no chance of getting his act together, has actually gone ahead and started to prove his worth to the world.
