Manchester City and Chelsea favourites to land Milos Krasic from Juventus – Premier League Update
Manchester and Chelsea are now being hailed as the favourites to land Juventus winger, Milos Krasic.
The player’s agent came forth recently and has gone on to state that his client is looking to move away from the club and the way things are shaping up, the Premier League clubs could be the ideal destination for him.
The twenty seven year old has been left on the bench for far too many games and he seems to be reconsidering his future, given he is now twenty seven years old.
The player’s agent has now gone on to reveal that both City and Chelsea had made offers for the player in the summers, but Juventus went on to turn those advances down.
However, given the way things are shaping up for the player at the club, he could potentially be on his way out of the club as early as January.
Krasic’s agent is quoted to have said: "[Juventus coach Antonio] Conte does not want him. Milos has to play and there are many clubs that are interested"
"Chelsea and Manchester City both submitted bids in the summer, but these were rejected by Juventus. But the situation is evolving and we will see what happens with [Juventus sporting director Giuseppe] Marotta in winter."
At the moment, it seems like City are more than willing to sign just about anyone. However, the way the team is playing, just about anyone would be open to a move to the Etihad Stadium.
However, that being said, it is safe to see how http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 would be able to offer Krasic more first team action than City. The Blues don’t have a lot of natural wingers in their squad and apart Juan Mata, they don’t have anyone to inject pace down the flanks.
On the other hand, City have the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 and Aguero, all of whom can be deployed on the wings and with their superior pace, they almost always ccause a threat to their opponents.
Nonetheless, that being said, it is now going to be a wait to see just what team makes an attempt to land the player in the winter transfer window.
