Manchester City chairman, Khaldoon Al Mubarak has hinted that AC Milan might not be an option for Carlos Tevez since the two clubs can’t seem to reach a financial agreement.
Carlos Tevez has been pushing for a move out of Manchester City since November and the player was reportedly on the brink of making the move to AC Milan.
However, it has now been revealed that the Italian club and City are yet to agree to financial terms over the player’s transfer and with the transfer window nearing its conclusion, it seems highly unlikely for the deal to go through.
Despite City not being very open to Tevez anymore, it seems like the club would be more than welcome to keep a hold of the player till a decent offer is made for him.
Al Mubarak, when talking about Tevez and the situation that he finds himself in, went on to release a statement which is quoted to have said: “Carlos remains a player with contractual obligations to Manchester City for the next two and a half seasons"

"Unless we receive an offer that we deem appropriate the terms of his contract will be enforced.”

“http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan and Paris St Germain approached discussions with us in good faith and it is always a positive experience to deal with people with a professional approach.

"As things stand AC Milan isn’t an option for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez. Mr. Galliani and his advisors have developed a misplaced sense of confidence from their premature discussions with Carlos and his advisors.”
Tevez has already been fined heavily by City and he still faces the possibility of being fined even further by the team. With him not being paid by the club, he is looking to join a club, in order to start earning money once again.
Nonetheless, as the transfer window progresses, it seems quite unlikely for Tevez to be heading to AC Milan.
However, with PSG and Inter Milan still looking to do business with City over the player, they could launch a bid which the Premier League based club might just accept.
Tevez might not be happy with going to a club apart from Milan, but the way things stand, he really doesn’t have an option any more.
