It was more of the same in the second half as Aston Villa never really looked like threatening in what was a frustrating end to the season for the Villans.

Both sides played out in what was one of the most dramatic matches in Barclays Premier League history. Queens Park Rangers needed a draw to ensure their survival in the top flight, while Manchester City needed to win in order to lift their first League title
