Manchester City draw Porto in Europa League
Manchester City have gone on to draw Portuguese side Porto in the Europa League and will now be looking to beat them, in order to make it into the round of sixteen.
Manchester City started their European campaign, with the team participating in their first ever Champions League. However, after a slow start, the team went on to produce a number of poor results against Italian side, Napoli.
Despite City winning their last game against Bayern Munich, the team still finished behind http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 in the group standings and were hence dropped down to the Europa League.
It seems like City’s luck is wearing thin, as the Manchester based club is now going to face last year’s Europa League winners.
Porto, just like City, started of their European campaign in the Champions League. However, the team ended up producing a poor series of results and finished in the third spot in their group.
Now the two teams, who were looking for glory in the Champions League, will be looking for some form of European success this season.
Despite Porto being brilliant in the Portuguese league and with them having won the Europa last time around, the team is going to be facing an up-hill challenge in the form of Manchester City.

As a result, the team is looking to go all out and prove a point in their coming games.
