The Premier League side are keeping their options open and will look to sign the Montpellier star if Eden Hazard chooses to join some other Premier League side this summer
Reports in French and English media claim that LOSC Lille star, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Eden-Hazard-c11863 may be on the verge of joining English Premier League rich boys Manchester City this summer. The young Belgian recently stated that he would most likely be wearing blue next season
and it will be in England.
The likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c39043 would be able to secure his services (the two sides also sport blue colours when playing at home).
British newspaper The Independent claims that Hazard’s entourage (agent and other representatives) are particularly greedy in regards to the player’s wages. Thus, they would demand a huge monthly salary which Manchester City can easily afford along with
Chelsea.
However, City manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan manager is also keeping tabs on Moroccan international Younes Belhanda.
The young midfielder is currently under contract with Ligue 1 leaders Montpellier Herault for whom he has been in breathtaking form this season. Belhanda is attracting interest from all directions including Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
A technical player with a strong character, Belhanda has won over the side from the other side of the Channel.
Furthermore, Manchester City won’t have to splash a lot of cash in order to sign Belhanda as compared to Hazard.
Lille will not be in the mood to dish out a bargain price for their star player so City might have to look elsewhere if they choose not to succumb to the French outfit’s wishes.
After having done majority of their shopping inside http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749, Manchester City have eyed Ligue 1 which certainly not bodes well for the league as it will lose a couple of big stars to English Premier League.
