Manchester City manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Balotelli-c23937 one week’s wages, for the fact that player broke the clubs curfew, in order to have a night on the town with his friends.
Balotelli was spotted coming out of a night club very late on Friday night, despite the striker knowing that his side were going to take on Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
City went on to beat their opponents in the game by two goals to nil. The Italian forward did play in the game and went on to score in the match as well. However, no actions were taken against the player at that time, since the City boss did not know what
the forward had been up to.
Nonetheless, following a minor investigation, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 has decided to fine the forward a week’s wages and hopes to put the matter to rest with this fine.
When talking about the fine and Balotelli’s behaviour before such an important game, Mancini is quoted to have said: "I spoke with Mario and gave him a fine of week's wages, for what he did"
"This is normal because every player should have good behaviour before the game."
It seems like Balotelli has gone on to accept his fine and is not going to contest the penalty that he has to pay for his partying.
Nonetheless, this is not the first time that the attacker has been caught up in the middle of a controversy at the club, since his name has almost always been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.
The forward has driven into prisons and thrown darts at players, amongst numerous other offences over the course of his short career at City.
Nonetheless, the forward’s offences seem to be settling down as time goes by and it won’t be long before he finally matures enough to just focus on his football.
Mancini has admitted that Balotelli can become one of the best players out there once he starts controlling his actions and it is now a wait to see just when that does happen.
