Manchester City have been linked with a move for Atletico Madrid forward, Sergio Aguero for around three weeks now. However, based on recent developments, it now seems like City are going to go in for the player over the course of the week and will be looking
to unveil him as a City player next Monday.

He added: "Aguero played in Copa America. If we close the deal, I need to speak with him, because I want to know his opinion [of playing in Manchester]."

United.
The manager seemed to ignore the prospect of Tevez leaving altogether, as he was more focused on the forward finding his form and condition.

With Mancini now looking all the more confident on Aguero’s capture, it seems like City might just have one of the strongest offensive department in the league, this coming season.
