Manchester City looking to make Barcelona massive offer for Andres Iniesta
It is being reported that Manchester City are looking to make a ridiculous offer for Barcelona midfielder, Andres Iniesta. Apparently, City are willing to offer the Catalans as much as a whopping £55million to land the Spanish world cup winner.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-Silva-c10601.  Keeping that in mind, the fact that Silva
and Iniesta play together for the national side, it just seems like he fits the manager’s search parameters perfectly.
After having won City’s first trophy in 35 years, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 wants to continue to keep that form up. The manager feels that the FA Cup was a good way to mark the end of the trophy drought, but the only way from here is, up.
Nonetheless, in order for City to make a move for Iniesta, they are going to have to off-load some of their current players. This is because UEFA will introduce a new financial fair play rule, which limits the amount of money that can be spent on players.
As a result, the official departures of the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Emmanuel-Adebayor-c12526 are bound to go down at the end of the season as well.
At the moment, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 look to be in no real position to be willing to part ways with the twenty seven year old. Iniesta if anything is an integral part of the Catalan squad and there is no clear replacement for the player at the club, currently. However,
should City be willing to pay such an outrageous fee for the Spaniard, then perhaps Barcelona could reconsider their stand on the situation. The team are quite possibly never going to receive such an offer for Iniesta ever again and with the fifty five million
pounds that they incur, they could go on to make a number of signings.
The Spanish side have been on the prowl to land Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas for quite some time now and this could be the opportunity that they have been waiting for. Not only would the team manage to have enough money to sign the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 captain, but they would
have more than enough change left over to buy a lesser player or two as well.
All in all, this move looks to be rather tempting on paper, but the chances of it actually going down are slim to none.
