The words 'We want to make this club the best in the Premier League and for this season to finish in the top 4' worry me! This sounds like impatience!!!

Manchester City fans, What do you make of this?

PS-Do you think the reason why this has all matierialized so quickly and on transfer dealine day is because they want to force through some very big signings?

As a neutral I really don't know what to make of this news. I always worry when a club gets taken over by a foreign consortium-They tend to know nothing about football and think they can buy instant success! Shinawatra knew nothing as it was but these guys, to me sound worse!!!

We`ve been over-taken more times than a milk float lately. But i feel better now that Shinawatra isn`t in charge i still can`t understand how he passed the premier leagues fit and proper person test. I suppose everybody will start hating us now instead of feeling sorry for us.

I know this is a little bit naughty, but Manchester City owners seem to come and go like Italian governments recently!

However on a serious note all our companies have been sold so the fact that our football clubs are being bought by foreign owners only reflects the prevailing trends of big business and society in general.
