  1. No Way, Manchester United will always be better than their neighbours in blue, I'm sorry to say

  2. Not this season just look at Chelsea.

  3. yes their finished now on the way down bye

  4. well its possible - and will open the league up.

you know full well you are going to be bombarded with hate emails

    from man u - don't u.?

    lets just wait and see.

  5. No,  they are still a mid table team at the moment. You dont even know if Robhinio is going adapt to the Prem yet.

  6. no chance..

    ARSENAL all the way

  7. I hope they do, how hard would Sir Alex chew his gum then?

I'm sure he will blame the Glazers for not being rich enough.

  8. No, they won't be at full strength until they spend more money at Christmas.

Absolute best they'll get is a win and a draw, in my opinion.

  9. It wont be long before there are accusations of bribery in the premiership, we all know they have enough money to bribe the whole planet.

  10. I would love to see it happen!

  11. No guarantee, because anything can happen, just because Man City have all this money now, it doesnt mean they are going to score more goals, win more games, does it?

  12. And so will Spurs...hopefully

  13. one man makes a team eh....I dont think so...maybe in a couple of years when you have secured more than one decent player...You got a chance with sparky at the helm though, but not this year.

  14. Any team that beat Man Utd is great..Man Utd is to arrogant...I will supprt Hull city rather support Man Utd.

  15. Hard to believe, since my beloved Middlesbrough slaughtered you 8-1 last season.

  16. It will be very difficult for them. Machester United and chelsea is going to be in top two.

  17. Money does not guarantee you success...How much has Roman ploughed into Chelsea?? and have they won the Champions League

    No

    Case Closed

  18. aminda did you even watch the matches last season ?

the first one carrick hargreaves and scholes were playing city on their own the rest of the UNITED team were extras, and not that i have stats to hand but city attacked twice and scored twice, the other match at old trafford your guess is as good as mine as how they managed that one, on this particular occasion i hope history does not repeat itself and the two fluke results are not repeated. but i would suggest city are stronger this season, and we will be looking for blood so they will be two firey affairs, i could post spurs will take 6 points of arsenal, but that would just plain stupid, or would it ?

  19. YES Robinho will make that much of a difference

    (looking for a sarcasm button)

I'd love to see it happen though

  20. Man city have only just become rich so the success will only come once the team has gelled together. One great'ish player won't make a difference. Plus who is to say that they will get all the best players in the world to join them, and even so having all the best players doesn't necessary mean they all can play with each other.  SWP may be a gem but he isn't a cup winner, look he didn't even do for us at Chelsea.

  21. haha, omstarts really amused me! a 8-1 hammering by boro? that was done on purpose by eriksson, and a smart thing to do as well!

alright. really looking forward to the next few weeks and months when we will see the true city. it's too early to judge right now. but with those crazy filthy right owners, anything can happen. ANYTHING. city could win the UEFA Cup or be fighting relegation.

  22. No off course they won't, the only way ManC will win the double is if all the players start playing as though they've been in the premiership for many seasons and it will depend how well Mark Hughs does, his managerial skills will be tested to the limit. If ManC do win the double at all, it will be next season and Mark Hughs probably won't be manager if he doesn't win anything this season. We have seen it at Chelsea, we will see it at Man C

  23. they could do they did last season and who won the 2 main trophies last year not city , nor will they win anything this year , city fans should at least wait till theres something apart from moths in the trophy cabinet

  24. Have you got some kind of Crystal ball.......Gonna have to wait to see, doubt it though.Maybe i will have a bet on that,as the odds would be tremendous Yipeeeee!

  25. Probably not this season because they haven't yet spent the billions that have landed in their laps.

Even next year if they buy a huge number of superstar players they may not be a great team. Look at Real Madrid's Galacticos, a lot of great individuals who as a team couldn't win anything.

I would say that Sparky's days are already numbered because if the Arabs are serious about getting the best players in the world then they will want the best manager in the world too. Good though he is, Mark Hughes is not a world beater and will probably be gone by the end of the season.

  26. Hi, Sorry no i don't think so, just because Manchester City now has the backing, with lot's of money and can sign top players, But you know the old saying "There's no i in team".

  27. I doubt Robinho and Wright-Phillips will tear the prem at it's seems it seems but let's wait until they actually play 2 or 3 games before we jump on the band wagon.
