Manchester City will not allow http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez to leave for cheap – Premier League Update
It is being reported that Manchester City are now reconsidering their options regarding Argentine striker, Carlos Tevez as the team insists they will not be looking to let the player leave for a cut price in January.
The striker has been at the bottom of the barrel at City for the last couple of weeks, based on his actions in the game against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
During the game against the German club, the striker was asked by http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 to come off the bench and participate in the game as a second half substitute. However, from the looks of things, it seemed like the player told the manager that he would not
be taking part in the game, as he remained seated on the substitutes bench.
Following the game, Mancini went on to state that the striker’s actions were quite simply unacceptable and that his future at the Etihad Stadium was over.
Since then, the striker has gone on to sit out a two weeks on a suspension and following his return, a disciplinary team sat down to review the player’s case. Soon after, the player was fined four weeks’ wages and has since then has been training alone at
the club.
The way things are shaping up at the club, the striker seems to be more than likely to head out in the January transfer window.
So far the striker has been linked with a number of teams across Europe, but from the way things are shaping up, most experts believe the player is going to be offloaded for a very cut price. However, based on recent developments, that might not really be
the case.
City have now started to make their view over the subject more public. The team is now looking to ensure that they are not going to lower their demands for the player, since the price they were looking for in the summers, is still the fee that will be looking
to make for the player, irrelevant of what team goes in and makes a move for the player.
