Manchester United's winger Ryan Giggs hails the in-form Wayne Rooney
Manchester United's veteran winger, Ryan Giggs, has hailed Wayne Rooney’s impressive return to form after the English striker helped United overcome Schalke 04 by two goals in the away leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final.
Wayne Rooney was the stand out performer against Schalke 04 as he assisted Ryan Giggs for the first goal and scored the second goal of the night to mark a dominating win over the Germans. It was Rooney’s third goal of the UEFA Champions League and Ryan Giggs

Giggs added, “The idea is to be playing big game after big game at this stage of the season because it means you are amongst the big trophies and going for the league. Hopefully we can get as good as a result and put on as good a performance as we did against
