It seems like there is no escaping for Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson. The Scot’s latest improper conduct has been passed on to the Football Association’s disciplinary committee.
However, the FA is refusing to say whether the Scot has accepted the charge or not.

Even his old adversary, Arsene Wenger jumped to his defense and said, “He is entitled to have that opinion. To me, it doesn't look to be a major problem to say that somebody is good. I would not charge him for that.”
Having already punished him for his comments about Martin Atkinson after the game at Stamford Bridge earlier in the ongoing 2010-11 season, the FA is being blamed for singling out the Manchester United manager.
However, the FA had made it clear to all the managers in the game back in October 2010 that any comments made about the match officials, whether positive or negative will be deemed in contravention of the Rule E3.
By refusing to confirm how Ferguson has responded to the charges, the FA is perhaps trying to take the heat out of the matter

Manchester United also chose not to comment on the issue. It was earlier expected that Ferguson was likely to be handed another ban for his latest misdemeanor.
“We have received correspondence from Manchester United with respect of the improper conduct charge issued to Sir Alex Ferguson on May 13, The matter will be dealt with by the disciplinary committee in due course,” read a statement on the FA website.
In addition to his comments about the referee, Ferguson is also likely to face FA’s wrath if he decides to field a second string side for their last Premier League game against Blackpool.
Having already won the title, there is not much at stake for the Red Devils but on the contrary for Blackpool, the match will be a matter of life and death as their survival in the Premier League will depend heavily on the outcome of the match.
The FA had punished Ian Holloway for fielding a weekend side against Aston Villa earlier in the season and it is expected that if United chose to play second stringers, Ferguson will also be charged.
