Manchester United or Chelsea?(neutrals only)?

Chelsea is best.

Their football may not be inspiring at times, but they are not petty cheats like Manchester United. Yes, Manchester United have won the Premiership 10 times, Chelsea have only won it 2 times, but Chelsea had the highest points record in a season 05/06. Manchester United always have a low goal scoring record, because they only have 1 true goalscorer, who is Wayne Rooney. Dimitar Berbatov and Michael Owen are both Second Strikers, more playmakers than Centre-Forwards. Chelsea have Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and Soloman Kalou, who all are true goalscorers. Most of the players that won the Premiership all those times for Man U, are gone. Schmeichel, Barthez, Cantona, Silvestre, Keane, Van Nistelrooy, C.Ronaldo, Kleberson, P.Neville, Beckham and Saha are all gone!! The only Chelsea players that are gone are Cudicini, Duff and Gudjohnsson!!! Chelsea are far better, and I am an Arsenal supporter!!
