Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney: Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur main threat in UEFA Champions League
Manchester United striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wayne-Rooney-c36736, has declared Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur as the biggest threat to their UEFA Champions League chances this season.
Asked about his preference of playing against any team in the quarterfinals Rooney said, “Obviously Barcelona are playing some great football. I'm also enjoying watching Tottenham at the minute. It's great to see what they are doing in their first year in
the Champions League.”
“I'm happy we play on different days to them because it's good watching them. I don't know if playing an English team in the Champions League is different to the Premier League. There is a lot more riding on it. If you lose to a rival in the league, you
have 37 games to catch up. If you lose in the Champions League, you're out,” added the Manchester United striker.

Manchester United beat Olympique Marseille 2-1 in the second leg of the last 16 round of Champions League yesterday night. Rooney’s strike partner Javier Hernandez scored a brace for United, as they progress to the next round.

a complete striker should possess and he is very quick.

it feels great to score goals.
He believes that wining trophies is what matters at the end of the day and he wants to win the treble this season. He gave example of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan, who won the treble last year but Rooney believes that they were not the most exciting of the teams around.
