Manchester United to steal Samir Nasri; Kenny Dalglish wants eleven new players
Manchester United to try and sign http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 from Arsenal
Following Arsenal’s almost certain departure from the Premier League title race, it now seems like things are just about to get a whole lot worse for the team. This is because Manchester United are currently lurking around the shadows, looking to try and
capture the team’s French midfield magician, Samir Nasri.
The midfielder is yet to agree to a contract extension at the club and as a result has been linked with a number of teams, as his possible destination in the summer. Arsenal were on the verge of agreeing to a four year extension to the players contract earlier
this year. However, departures from the Carling Cup, the FA Cup and the Champions League saw the teams finances take a hit and hence a deal was never really finalised.
At the moment it is believed that the player’s agent is looking to get some sort of assurance from Arsene Wenger that things will take a step in the right direction starting this season. The club and manager might finally go ahead and make some signings
at the end of the season in order to strengthen the team and help the squads cause in ending the trophy drought.
Kenny Dalglish to bring in as many as 11 new players
Liverpool’s manager, Kenny Dalglish, is looking to make a dramatic and sensational overhaul at Anfield. The manager has come forth and stated that he wants to make as many as 11 new signings at the end of the season and believes that if he signs just the
right players, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 would be in contention for the Premier League crown at the start of next season.
The manager is set to mainly target players who are aged between 19 and 24, since he feels that the team could use some serious re-enforcements for the long run.
Dalglish plans to target a few key areas with his signings and so far, the positions that he wants to fill up include the left back position, the centre of defence and the wings.
At the same time, should the team fail to qualify for the Champions League, they are almost certain to lose out on the services of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Pepe-Reina-c29672, which means that finding a new keeper will also be on the agenda for the team.
However should the manager make those 11 signings, he would also certainly be looking to off-load a number of players at the end of the season. This means that there could potentially be a completely new squad starting at Anfield next season.
No matter which way you look at the situation, it becomes more then apparent that Dalglish has the future all laid out for Liverpool and this can only spell good news for the future of the club.
