Manchester United vs. MLS All-Star: Landon Donovan in risk of missing out – MLS news
Los Angeles Galaxy’s attacking midfielder and skipper, Landon Donovan, didn’t feature in his club’s 1-1 (6-7) loss to Barclays Premier League outfit, Manchester City on Sunday, July 24.
The player has been suffering from a calf sprain for the last two weeks. Donovan played against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Columbus-Crew-c38850 and Real Madrid last week with the injury and aggravated the hurt against Los Blancos.
Donovan’s status for the MLS All-Star match against Manchester United on July 27 is still uncertain and no confirmation has been given despite his arrival to New Jersey.
The player was announced to be a part of the All-Star starting eleven two weeks ago after tying with Eddie Pope of Real Salt Lake in the nominations.
