Manchester United winger Nani: This is the most important part of the English Premier League season
Manchester United winger Nani has insisted that this is the most important part of the season for them. Manchester United take on Chelsea in a Premier League clash on Tuesday and could extend their lead to seven points at the top
of the table. The Portuguese believes that wins over Chelsea and Liverpool can surely take them to the title.
Manchester United take on Liverpool over the weekend at Anfield, after playing Chelsea in mid-week and two wins would ensure a Premier league title. Arsenal are four points behind the League leaders at the moment and two losses
for United would put the Londoners well in contention for the title. The Red Devils also face the winners of the Arsenal-Leyton Orient clash in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup next week.
“We have some tough games coming up. It’s the most important period of the season and I think that if we can beat Chelsea and Liverpool then we’ll have a fantastic opportunity to win the league,” Nani said in an interview.
But the winger insisted that winning won’t be easy. He said that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 are very good teams and winning at Stamford Bridge and Anfield would be a very difficult task. He said that the opponents were also in need
of desperate wins and getting a point each from the games would also be a good result for them.
“But that’s easy to say: it’s much harder to do it. Chelsea and Liverpool are fantastic teams and obviously they’re desperate to win as well. We know it won’t be easy. Of course, we may not be able to win every game, and if we
end up getting a draw against somebody then it’s not the end of the world,” said http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nani-c27299.
Nani added that team was very positive ahead of the clash with the Blues and had to believe in themselves to play even better for the rest of the season. He also said that the Red Devils only had to win their own games, and they
were not focusing on the other teams winning or losing.
