Manchester United’s Ryan Giggs urges players not to let their standards drop against Chelsea
Manchester United midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ryan-Giggs-c31985, has urged his team-mates to play their natural game against Chelsea, when the two sides meet at the weekend in a potential title decider.
United lead Chelsea by 3 points and the winner of this game would definitely climb to the top spot on the league table. Giggs believes that the Red Devils should go onto collect all three points at Old Trafford and try to wrap up the Premier League title
as soon as possible.
The Welshman believes that the crowd will not accept the negative tactics from the home team and they cannot risk playing defensive game against an attacking powerhouse of Chelsea.
Talking to the reporters, Giggs said, "I think it's dangerous to just try to avoid defeat against a team like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786, who can score goals against you. We have to go out and attack, like Manchester United does at Old Trafford. The crowd wouldn't have it
any other way.”

"If we were to sit back in the first 10 or 15 minutes, the crowd wouldn't have it. We've got to try and score goals and win the game. Both teams realise that [if United win the title race is all but over], and that's what we'll be aiming to do.” Added the veteran
midfielder
United have not lost a home game this season and their only dropped points at Old Trafford came in the 2-2 draw against West Bromwich Albion earlier in the season. The 37-year-old reckons that his team should trust their home record and try to knock the
Blues down early in the game.
The legendary midfielder hailed Carlo Ancelotti’s side’s remarkable comeback to become title contenders from a nowhere position. The Blues trailed the league leaders by 15 points two months back, but an impressive performance of late have seen them become
a major title contender.
Giggs is aware of the last season’s title race, when his team lost from a winning position and the Blues emerged victorious on the final day of the campaign.
