Manchester United’s Tom Cleverley out for four weeks – Premier League Update

Ferguson has confirmed that instead of breaking his foot, Cleverley has actually gone on to damage his ligaments and will miss out on nearly a month of football.

With Cleverley now out of action, he has gone ahead and joined the long list of players who are going to be missing United’s Champions League clash against Benfica. However, despite that fact, it seems like United have a team that is more than capable of coming out from their upcoming game with all three points.
When talking about the injuries that his players had picked up, Ferguson is quoted to have said:
"Jonny got a knee in the hip in the second half which was pretty painful and is a doubt for Wednesday [against Benfica], while Patrice got a kick on the kneecap. We'll have a look at them.”
